SUMMARY:BBCW Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:This years AGM will be held in the woodland\, on Saturday 4th June commencing at 12.30pm. \nAll members are encouraged to attend. \nWe will put up our roundhouse to ensure cover if (when) it rains. \nRefreshments will be provided in the welfare cabin \nThe meeting will follow a volunteer session starting at 10am bashing down some bracken and bramble\, probably in the arboretum area. The volunteer session will finish at mid-day allowing time for some grub before the meeting.
